The living room has a flat screen TV, a stereo with a CD player, a gas fireplace, a queen sofa-sleeper, and doors that open to a semi-private patio overlooking the San Miguel River. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The bedroom and bathroom are located across the hall from the living room. The bedroom has a queen bed and a flat screen TV. The bathroom has a shower and tub.
